A weekend dedicated to discovering the olive oil of the Tuscan coast. An activity program that includes the harvesting of olives directly from our olive grove, an in-depth study on the production of olive oil held by a local agronomist technician, a visit to the oil mill as well as oil and wine tastings with a traditional menu.

After breakfast, we begin our day dedicated to the discovery of olive oil. We will spend the morning in our centenary olive grove, spreading the nets to collect the olives assisted by our expert gatherers. Lunch in the olive grove based on local products. In the afternoon the fruit of our work will be brought to the local oil mill and, after the various stages of processing, we will finally have our extra virgin olive oil.
The dinner will be organized in a local farmhouse with tasting of different varieties of oil.
After breakfast and check out, we meet a local producer who will tell you the story of his company, his passion for oil and wine in a land rich in excellence. A guided tasting of the company’s products will follow
