Day 1
After reaching the Etruscan Coast and the Relais dei Molini, located in the Medieval Village of Castagneto Carducci, on the first evening you can enjoy your welcome dinner at the Ristorante Da Ugo, a historic restaurant specializing in traditional local recipes like homemade pasta, game and flavours that make you rediscover the charm and typicality of this enchanting area of the Maremma plain so dear to the Nobel prize winning Poet Giosuè Carducci
Day 2
After breakfast, we start with a first visit to a local winery
The first stop is Riparbella at the Caiarossa Winery, a winery that embraces the principles of biodynamic agriculture for the cultivation of vineyards and those of geodynamics and the oriental discipline of Feng Shui, for the structural design of the winery.
The experience consists of a guided tour from the vineyard to the barrel cellar to discover the biodynamic processing methods and the secrets of the Fengh Shui winery. At the end tasting of 4 wines, Caiarossa Bianco, Pergolaia, Aria di Caiarossa and Caiarossa.
The tasting will be accompanied by the tasting of 4 local products perfectly paired with the wines being tasted.
We continue our tour with a visit of the nearby village of Bolgheri
Lunch: in a local restaurant on the Wine Road
Afternoon: visit to the stunning Tenuta Argentiera – Cellar tour
Argentiera is a magical place, located in the southern tip of the Bolgheri DOC appellation.
The estate is located in a privileged position, with vineyards close to the coast and located at some of the highest altitudes in the appellation. Here the light, the breezes, the sky and the view towards the infinite sea merge together in the amazing scenery.
From the panoramic terrace of the winery you can admire the profile of the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, in an experience to discover the particular architecture, reminiscent of the Tuscan fortresses of the sixteenth century.

Day 3 – visit 2 Maremma wine cellars
Morning: visit to Rocca di Frassinello winery
Born from a collaboration between Castellare di Castellina and Domaines Barons de Rothschild ‐ Château Lafite, this winery is located in the village of Giuncarico, in the municipality of Gavorrano, an ideal place to plant vineyards. To sanction the international level of the company, the project of the cellar is signed by the architect Renzo Piano who, on the highest hill of the amphitheater of Rocca di Frassinello, has conceived an elegant and highly functional building, as it should be for a production plant.
Lunch (in a local osteria)
Afternoon: Visit to the Petra Winery
Petra is a natural oasis immersed in the unique and different territory of the Val di Cornia. The Swiss architect Mario Botta, commissioned by Vittorio Moretti, has dressed a meeting space with form and function. The final place is a soft, respectful, low-impact architecture, as is the whole road that leads from the bunch to the bottle.
The experience includes a visit to the vineyards and the designed cellar and the tasting of 3 wines.
