Day 1
After reaching the Etruscan Coast and the Relais dei Molini, located in the medieval village of Castagneto Carducci, tonight you can enjoy your welcome dinner at “La casa degli Ulivi” agricultural restaurant, located on a terrace where you can experience Tuscany through the unique flavors of the products that the land offers;
“La casa degli Ulivi” is a vegetarian restaurant, where you can taste the seasonal first fruits carefully chosen by chef Beatrice, flavors enhanced thanks to the absolute protagonist, the extra virgin olive oil, the main production of the farm.
Day 2
Morning: visit to the nearby village of Castagneto Carducci. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the village mentioned in the poems of the poet Giosuè Carducci, the first Italian Nobel Prize for literature. Among the narrow streets you can visit the small museums and stop for a chat with the owners of the historic shops, authentic jewels of knowledge rooted in time. You will also be able to come across small local productions and taste the delicacies they offer.

Afternoon: visit to the Terme di Sassetta and dinner at the Osteria delle Terme, a “green star” Michelin restaurant
The thermal baths of La Cerreta Terme are immersed in a large park, surrounded by greenery, among woods of ancient chestnut trees and majestic oaks. The pools, inspired by the Etruscan and Roman architecture of the ancient baths, are fed by precious naturally warm water, which flows from an underground basin at a constant temperature of 51°C.
After a relaxing bath and a sauna, you can sit at the Osteria, a place created to explore the products of the magnificent biodynamic farmhouse, through a path of haute cuisine in harmony with nature.
It is a project aimed at sustainability and promotion of the territory, using only biodynamic ingredients produced internally such as extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, milk, cheeses, eggs, meats, honey, wines.
Day 3
Morning: departure for Volterra. Guided tour.
Volterra was one of the main city-states of ancient Etruria, very powerful in the Middle Ages and with a historic centre of Etruscan origin; it is an unmissable stop for those who choose to visit Tuscany, thanks above all to the beauty of its historic centre, but also for its centuries-old tradition in the extraction and processing of alabaster, with which the skilled hands of the city’s artisans churn out truly beautiful objects.
Lunch at the 100% organic vegetarian restaurant at the biodynamic farm Il Cerreto in Pomarance.
The restaurant of Il Cerreto, included in the new Gambero Rosso Guide to Italian Restaurants 2025, is an opportunity to try simple and genuine dishes that speak through the products of the organic farm, where with more than 300 hectares, consisting of woods, vegetable gardens, orchards and olive groves, you can touch the philosophy of life of the owners and share the quality of food on a land cared for and protected following the methods of biodynamic agriculture.
Afternoon: visit of the company and return to Castagneto.
